AWR CLOUD: ADVANCED WEB RANKING SOFTWARE REVIEW 2020

Effective SEO tools make it easy to get information about your website's performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

With the tools, large amounts of data can be distilled in an easily digestible format, potentially saving hours of time analyzing factors such as traffic fluctuations and user behavior.

Today I will give an overview of a tool that we have tested here in Tug - Advanced Web Ranking Cloud. We used the desktop version of the tool in the past and we really wanted to try the new cloud edition to see how the browser-based area management is structured.

AWR Cloud is a robust tool for managing, tracking and reporting keyword rankings in the major search engines. In addition to tracking keyword rankings, it offers tools for competitive research, keyword research, and technical website audits.

What I really want from an all-in-one SEO tool is the ability to get a quick overview of important data for my client's website and explore subsets of specific data. AWR Cloud wants to offer all of this.

After trying the tool, here are some of my favorite features:

1. IMMEDIATE VISIBILITY
Quick access to an instant view of my client's visibility is extremely helpful. I think it's great how AWR Cloud can give me a quick overview of the general keyword visibility of a website. This not only includes an overall rating, but also shows data such as the number of keywords in the top search positions of 2/5/10, the average ranking, the net result and the estimated visits:

After using this starting point, I can examine subsets of data. For example, with one click I can see exactly which keywords have been moved to the first three positions. This is very useful for studying things like changes in organic traffic levels. When I look at subsets of data, I can understand whether certain sets of keywords have gained or lost visibility, which is correlated with organic traffic changes, for example.

2. KEYWORD GROUPS
AWR Cloud has very good keyword grouping functionality. Allows tags to be applied to keywords so that they can be analyzed as a set of keywords. This is ideal if you are targeting multiple keyword topics and landing pages. If I want to get a quick overview of how a certain set of keywords is classified for one of my clients' websites, AWR Cloud gives me this information in a very digestible format. It also shows key user metrics for each group so you can compare their performance against each other and with past data.

3. CTR ANALYSIS
AWR Cloud can be easily integrated into Google Analytics and the Google Search Console. It presents a large amount of data from these platforms in a simple format that is easier to use than Google tools. The analysis module enables me to see the impressions and to click on the data of the keywords side by side.

AWR Cloud makes it easy to quickly view the exchange rate with its light red and green arrows and adjust date ranges.

4. LEFT
Open Site Explorer and Majestic SEO are two tools that we often use here in Tug to analyze the external links of a website.

AWR Cloud is great for extracting information from these tools and viewing it in a simple, easy-to-use view. In AWR Cloud, I can quickly see how the number of links to my website has increased or decreased over time, and which landing pages attract the most links. This way I can easily see what content attracts links on my client's website and I can try to reproduce it in the future.

5. VISIBILITY TO TRAFFIC
Another great snapshot of the data I can get from AWR Cloud is when changes in visibility correlate with changes in traffic. The AWR Cloud Evolution Visits diagram shows your visibility rating based on traffic changes for all traffic sources. Now I can see how visibility changes correlate with traffic changes, as well as other metrics such as revenue, transactions and conversation rates.

limitations
Certain aspects of the tool have sometimes frustrated me:

• Inaccurate classification results: In some cases, I have manually identified the inaccuracies in the classification data provided by AWR Cloud. In some cases, AWR Cloud has reported that there are multiple keywords placed on Google's first page that were actually not seen anywhere. This ends with a manual update of the required keyword data, using credits.
• Data storage delays: In some cases, I had to wait several days for the update to complete when I requested an update of the keyword data (which should take 24 hours). Very frustrating when you want updated data as soon as possible.
• Keyword assignment: I mentioned keyword grouping as a feature that I like. However, it is not possible to assign landing pages to these groups. It is possible to display the ranking of certain landing pages by means of filtered searches, but the configuration via groups of keywords would be much more practical.
• Notes are missing: AWR Cloud allows you to save notes in your account settings. One feature I would like to see is to annotate these notes in a timeline that resembles Google Analytics.

The SEO analysis options with AWR Cloud are not as extensive as the other tools that I have used. However, the excellent user interface, speed and reporting functions make it a very practical tool for your breast.
